IN10 is an innovative communications agency, connecting people with companies in a way that is artful and relevant. Synthesizing relevant technologies, they develop meaningful interactive experiences and build lasting relationships between brands and people.

We talked to Arno Wolterman, the design director and managing partner, and Jacco Ouwerkerk, responsible for interactive museum and culture concepts. From risk-taking to the future of the design agency, they opened the doors of their gorgeous office for a warm and enjoyable discussion.

By discussing the UAR app project that they developed for the NAi (Netherlands Architecture Institute) we reached valuable insights about how design contributes to the relationship between customer loyalty and return on investment.

IN10 is founded in 1999 by Vincent Luyendijk, Xander Zuidgeest and Arno Wolterman and has his office in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. At this point we work with over more than 30 professionals on innovative and interactive communication strategies for clients such as Snickers (Mars), Boursin (Groupe Bel), Rotterdam Marketing, AEGON Bank, Denmark Travel Guide, KPMG, Zeelandia and Sanoma.
